Pocket card

I call this a pocket card, it is a pretty card made with a big pocket aprox.6"x 6"  with extra pockets on the front to hold tags. It has large tags in the big pocket with a postcard for writing. The bird cage has a pretty blue organdy ribbon. All of the tags are removable.
A close up look, on the left are 3 layered pockets with small tags, flowers on the lower right edge.
The bird tag  is cut from glitter paper it  doesn't show how pretty it is, it has a pink organdy ribbon.
Here you can see the bird cage it is also cut from white glitter paper. I used the Tim Holtz die to cut it, topped with a blue organdy ribbon.
the hydrangea flower is the top of a large tag and there is a very large tag behind those two.
This was fun to make, I sent it to a dear friend in California.

Tag your it

Tags, I love the amount of beauty and interest that can be put on a small slip of paper, it is endless. I have a board on my pinterest site that is called Tag your it  and I am constantly adding to it.

These are a few of the tags I have attempted, and I must admit they are quite plain compared to some I have seen.
On the above tag I used Stamps and I cut the shoes out
of an add and copied them on my printer.

The Tag on the right with the roses ( roses are one of my favorite flowers and images to work with)  features a pocket with another tag inserted in the pocket. The roses are fussy cut from paper by K & C company. I love their feminine touch to their paper line but I can't find it any more.
Left is a tag featuring stamps from graphic 45, they have a wonderful line of stamps and papers that cover the gamit from circus to beautiful ladies.

Tag on the right is another graphic 45 tag using their Ladies diary papers.

Well that is the thought for today. Tags.... they are fun to make and a quick creative outlet, and also they use up scraps that are to precious to toss in the waste bin.
